We will be reviewing the activities and audited accounts for the year to 31st August 2025 and give an update on activities since then. There are some fundamental changes in the status of the Village Hall Charity, the ownership of the Hall and the responsibilities of the Trustees. The AGM is your opportunity to ask questions about these
changes and give your feedback on this and also on how you feel the Hall is managed.
You will, of course, then be able to vote on the election or re-election of Trustees for the coming year.
