Main Hall

The Hall spans approximately 15m x 8m x 3.7m. It offers flexible seating options:

  • 125 seats in cinema style
  • 88 seats for dining
  • Standing capacity for up to 250 people

The hall includes a large stage (7.3m x 3.6m).

Equipped amenities:

  • PA system and lighting
  • Wi-Fi
  • Projector and screen

Additionally, there’s a well-stocked inventory of portable tables and chairs.
Access to the outside green space is available via two sets of doors.

The Bar

We operate a well-stocked bar with trained bar staff. We can offer you a wide range of bottled beers, lagers, wines and spirits etc. 

Our Bar Manager is happy to discuss your requirements in advance of your event and will make every effort to meet your needs – subject to availability.

The Bar accepts both cash and card payments.

The Lounge

Wilbarston Village Hall

The Lounge spans approximately 9m x 5m and is ideal for meetings, training, buffets and teas etc. There is a seating capacity of 39 people. There are 4 large tables, several low `coffee tables` and soft seated chairs.

The Lounge has its own Bar which is available by prior arrangement at an extra cost. There is direct access into the Kitchen from the Lounge.

We have a projector and screen available which can be used via HDMI cable or Wi-Fi from any suitable device. The use of the projector is included in the hire cost of the Lounge.

The Kitchen

The kitchen has all the modern equipment needed including:

  • large gas cooker
  • smaller electric cooker
  • fridge
  • microwave
  • water boiler
  • crockery and cutlery 

It has a large hatch which allows serving food and drink directly into the Hall very convenient. It also has direct access through to the Lounge. Lockable cupboards are available for regular users.

Outside Space

The open green space immediately adjacent is accessible from the Hall and may be used for outside activities – subject to discussion and the agreement of the management committee.

Benches

Benches are available at the back of the Hall overlooking the Welland valley.

 

Car Parking

 

There are 18 parking spaces for visitors to the Hall, plus two disabled spaces. In addition, there is a parking lay-by in Carlton Road just outside the Hall.
