Hire Packages and Prices
Wilbarston Village Hall offers a range of hire packages designed to suit most events and occasions. Whether you are planning a one-off celebration, a regular activity, or a community event, there are flexible options available. Our booking secretary and Management Committee aim to keep charges fair and transparent. Wherever possible, we are happy to discuss special requirements or bespoke arrangements. Please get in touch if you need advice on the most suitable package for your booking.
Gold Package
This package is ideal for weddings and other large celebrations where advanced preparation is required.
Duration of hire: The hall is hired to you exclusively for a two-day period from 12 noon to 12 noon 48 hours later. The duration of hire includes setting up and clearing away after the event.
Available space: You have use of the main Hall, Bar (4 hours) and Lounge. You also have use of the open green space immediately adjacent to the Hall.
Bar hours can be extended at extra cost.
Cost of hire: Prices start at £800.
Silver Package
This package is ideal for parties and other celebrations requiring less preparation and clearing away.
Duration of hire: The hall is hired to you exclusively for a twenty-four hour period from 12 noon to 12 noon the following day. The duration of hire includes setting up and clearing away after the event.
Available space: You have use of the Main Hall, Bar (4 hours) and Lounge. You also have use of the open green space immediately adjacent to the Hall.
Bar hours can be extended at extra cost.
Cost of hire: Prices start at £450.
Occasional Main Hall Hire
Ideal for conferences, meetings, children’s parties etc.
Duration of hire: Subject to hall availability, and charged by the hour.
Available space: This includes full use of the main Hall and adjacent kitchen only.
Bar hours can be added at an extra cost.
Cost of hire: £22 per hour (weekday) or £25 per hour (weekend).
NB. Wilbarston Parish residents can hire the Hall for £20 per hour.
The Lounge / Meeting Room can be hired for £15 per hour. This includes use of the Kitchen.
Regular Main Hall Hire
This is ideal for clubs, keep fit, dance classes etc.
Duration of hire: Between 9am and 10pm in hourly slots – start and finish times to be agreed with hirer.
Available space: This includes the main Hall and kitchen only.
Cost of hire: Please enquire. Reduced charges for more than 6 sessions.
The Lounge / Meeting Room can be hired regularly at a reduced rate. Please enquire with the Hall Manager.
